§ 34185

Health and Safety Code §§ 34161–34191.55 — Redevelopment Agency Dissolution and Successor Agencies (Division 24, Parts 1.8, 1.85, 1.87) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. Commencing on June 1, 2012, and on each January 2 and June 1 thereafter, the county auditor-controller shall transfer, from the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund of each successor agency into the Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund of that agency, an amount of property tax revenues equal to that specified in the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for that successor agency as payable from the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund subject to the limitations of subdivision (l) of Section 34177 and Section 34183.
