§ 34166

  1. No legislative body or local governmental entity shall have any statutory authority to create or otherwise establish a new redevelopment agency or community development commission. No chartered city or chartered county shall exercise the powers granted in Part 1 (commencing with Section 33000) to create or otherwise establish a redevelopment agency.
