§ 69894.6

Notwithstanding Section 69894.1, in the County of Los Angeles, a majority of the judges of the superior court may appoint 362 court reporters at salary schedule 82F, NZ, N3. The salary schedule and notes are those found in the Los Angeles County Code, Title 6. Court reporters shall serve at the pleasure of the court and may at any time be removed by the court in its discretion.
