§ 179.9

This article shall become inoperative on March 1, 2038, and, as of January 1, 2039, is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 402, Sec. 1. (AB 2469) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2039, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.7, commencing with Section 179.)
