§ 12804.5

(a) The Secretary of Business, Consumer Services, and Housing is hereby authorized to develop programs for technical and fiscal assistance to facilitate nonprofit, self-help community vegetable gardens and related supporting activities.

(b) This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2026, and, as of January 1, 2027, is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2026, Ch. 28, Sec. 37. (SB 170) Effective June 29, 2026. Inoperative July 1, 2026, by its own provisions. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, by its own provisions.)
