§ 74935.5

There shall be maintained in both the City of Gridley and the Town of Paradise branch court facilities, including staff and other necessary personnel, so that the citizens of those communities may utilize such facilities as needed for small claims, infractions (traffic), civil matters, and misdemeanors.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 490. Effective January 1, 2003.)
