§ 74916

(a) Facilities for the court shall be maintained at the county seat and at court facilities provided elsewhere as determined by ordinance adopted by the board of supervisors. The court shall determine the nature and frequency of sessions held at additional court locations designated by the board of supervisors.

(b) Jurors shall be drawn from the entire county.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 486. Effective January 1, 2003.)
