§ 67666

The secretary of the board shall maintain minutes of the meetings of the board and, as soon as possible after each meeting, shall cause a copy of the minutes to be forwarded to each member of the board.

(Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 64, Sec. 1. Effective May 9, 1994. Inoperative on June 30, 2020, or sooner, as prescribed by Section 67700. Repealed as of January 1, 2021, pursuant to Section 67700.)
