§ 51298.5

(a) This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2024.

(b) A capital investment incentive program established pursuant to this chapter before January 1, 2024, may remain in effect for the full term of that program, regardless of the repeal of this chapter.

(Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 382, Sec. 1. (AB 1900) Effective January 1, 2019. Note: Termination clause affects Chapter 8, commencing with Section 51298.)
