§ 12170

On or before the fifteenth day of September in each even numbered year, the Secretary of State shall report to the Governor a detailed account of all of his official actions since his previous report. The report shall be accompanied with a detailed statement, under oath, of the manner in which all appropriations for his office have been expended.
