§ 31662.2

Retirement of a safety member in a county subject to the provisions of Section 31676.1, or of Section 31695.1, if applicable, who has met the requirements for age and service shall be made by the board pursuant to this article or pursuant to the California Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013, whichever is applicable.
