§ 26298.4

The ordinance shall state the nature of the tax to be imposed, the tax rate, the purposes for which the revenue derived from the tax will be used, and the term during which the tax shall be imposed. The proposition shall include an appropriations limit for the agency pursuant to Section 4 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution.
