§ 16368

The Special Account for Capital Outlay is hereby created as a special account in the General Fund. This account is a reserve fund within the meaning of Section 5 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution.

(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 899, Sec. 5. Effective September 17, 1980. Repealed on date prescribed by Section 16368.2. See later operative version in the Article 1.8 added by Sec. 5.5 of Ch. 899.)
