§ 12166

Within 100 days after the final adjournment of each session of the Legislature, the Secretary of State shall deliver to the State Printing Office his certificate showing what acts, or sections, or parts of acts of the Legislature are delayed from going into effect by referendum petition properly certified and filed in his office.
