§ 65458.4

65458.4. The Legislature finds and declares that the expedited approval of development projects to address the state’s ongoing housing and homelessness crisis and to provide economic opportunities is a matter of statewide concern and is not a municipal affair as that term is used in Section 5 of Article XI of the California Constitution. Therefore, this article applies to all cities, including charter cities.
