§ 65354

Government Code §§ 65100–65763 — Local Planning, General Plans, Specific Plans, Community Plans (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 3, excluding Articles 10.6–10.7) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The planning commission shall make a written recommendation on the adoption or amendment of a general plan. A recommendation for approval shall be made by the affirmative vote of not less than a majority of the total membership of the commission. The planning commission shall send its recommendation to the legislative body.
