§ 65758

Government Code §§ 65100–65763 — Local Planning, General Plans, Specific Plans, Community Plans (Planning and Zoning Law, Chapter 3, excluding Articles 10.6–10.7) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. If the court orders any temporary relief in an action or proceeding subject to this article, any party to the action or proceeding may file with the court a written request that the court make a final determination in the action or proceeding, and the court shall thereafter make a final determination and enter judgment within 180 days of the date the request was filed, unless the party who filed the request files a withdrawal of the request with the court prior to the filing by the court of its memorandum of intended decision.
