§ 66412.2

Government Code §§ 66410–66499.58 — Subdivision Map Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

66412.2. This division shall not apply to the construction, financing, or leasing of dwelling units pursuant to Section 65852.1 or accessory dwelling units pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 66314) of Chapter 13 of Division 1, but this division shall be applicable to the sale or transfer, but not leasing, of those units.
