§ 65977

Government Code §§ 65970–66025, 66030–66035 — School Facilities Fees and Mitigation Fee Act (Fees for Development Projects) · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. Where two separate school districts operate schools in an attendance area where overcrowding conditions exist for both school districts, the governing body of the city or county shall enter into an agreement with the governing body of each school district for the purpose of determining the distribution of revenues from the fees levied pursuant to this chapter.
