§ 7505

The authority of a parent ceases on any of the following:

(a) The appointment, by a court, of a guardian of the person of the child.

(b) The marriage of the child.

(c) The child attaining the age of majority.

(Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 168. Effective January 1, 1994.)
