§ 65604

California Food and Agricultural Code · 2026 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

All assessments imposed by this chapter shall be due and payable and shall be paid to the commission by each shipper. The commission shall, by rule or regulations, prescribe the time and method of payment thereof.
