§ 57101

“Dairy produce exchange” means any association of persons which is organized for the following purposes:

(a) Furnishing a medium for trading in butter, cheese, or eggs.

(b) Facilitating the marketing of any such product.

(c) Establishing the wholesale market value of any such product.

(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
