§ 74621

California Food and Agricultural Code · 2020-11 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

This chapter, except as necessary to conduct an implementation referendum, shall not become operative until the director finds, in a referendum conducted by him or her, or a person designated by the director, that a favorable vote has been given pursuant to this article.
