§ 626

California Food and Agricultural Code · 2020-11 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

No money may be taken from the Department of Agriculture Fund, or other funds under the jurisdiction of the director, for transfer to the Department of Agriculture Building Fund if it will interfere with the administrative purposes for which the money was collected.
