§ 628

Upon the completion of any buildings or improvements and the fulfillment of the obligation to reimburse the Department of Agriculture Fund, or other funds pursuant to this chapter, any unused balances in the Department of Agriculture Building Fund shall, on order of the Controller and upon request of the director, be transferred to the General Fund.
