§ 58041

The director may promote in the interest of the producer, the distributor, and consumer, economical and efficient distribution and marketing of any product which is produced or processed within the state and to better effectuate the purposes of this article may attend necessary meetings and conferences in relation to any such product and may enter into cooperative agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture.
