§ 29020

There is in the department the Apiary Board, consisting of five members appointed by the director. The members of the board shall be assessment-paying beekeepers who reside in California and who represent the major geographical divisions of the beekeeping industry. The director may appoint an additional member on the board who shall be a public member.
