§ 7440

This chapter shall become inoperative on July 1, 2028, and, as of January 1, 2029, is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 651, Sec. 2. (AB 402) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Ch. 1.5, comprising Sections 7401 to 7441.)
