§ 74012

(a) “Component school district” means a high school or unified school district which is included within a community college district.

(b) “Nondistrict territory” means a high school or unified school district which is not included within any community college district.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1214, Sec. 5. Effective September 22, 1982.)
