§ 44409

This article shall become inoperative on July 1, 2024, and, as of January 1, 2025, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2025, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2016, Ch. 127, Sec. 4. (AB 1918) Effective January 1, 2017. Repealed as of January 1, 2025, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 15, commencing with Section 44405.)
