§ 43510

If any activities authorized pursuant to this part and implementing regulations are found to be a state reimbursable mandate pursuant to Section 6 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, funding provided for school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools pursuant to Sections 2574, 2575, 42238.02, and 42238.03 shall be used to directly offset any mandated costs.

(Added by Stats. 2020, Ch. 24, Sec. 34. (SB 98) Effective June 29, 2020. Inoperative June 30, 2021. Repealed as of January 1, 2022, pursuant to Section 43511.)
