§ 17250.55

This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that takes effect before January 1, 2025, deletes or extends that date.

(Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 752, Sec. 2. (AB 1358) Effective January 1, 2016. Repealed as of January 1, 2025, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 2.5, commencing with Section 17250.10.)
