§ 16310

Not to exceed forty million dollars ($40,000,000) of the proceeds of the sale of bonds authorized by the State School Building Aid Bond Law of 1966 may be expended pursuant to this article.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
