§ 9874.5

(a) All moneys in the Electronic and Appliance Repair Fund shall be transferred to the Household Goods and Services Fund by July 1, 2026. On July 1, 2026, the Electronic and Appliance Repair Fund shall be abolished.

(b) This section shall remain in effect only until December 31, 2026, and as of that date is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 508, Sec. 31. (SB 814) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of December 31, 2026, by its own provisions.)
