§ 7567

The bureau may require a licensee who violates any provision of this chapter to do either of the following:

(a) Satisfactorily complete relevant coursework as determined by the bureau.

(b) Retake the licensing examination.

(Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 309, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2002.)
