§ 7599.48 (operative January 1, 2019)

(a) No licensee, or officer, partner, manager, or employee of a licensee, shall knowingly make any false report to his or her employer or client for whom information is being obtained. A violation of this section may result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for the first violation, and five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent violation.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
