NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CLAIM EXCESS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF TAX DEFAULTED PROPERTIES ON APRIL 19, 2019

Excess proceeds have resulted from the sale of tax defaulted properties on April 19, 2019, listed below. This notice is published pursuant to section 4676 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code. Parties of interest may have a right to file a claim for any excess proceeds that remain after taxes and costs of the sale have been satisfied.

All claims must be in writing and must contain sufficient information and proof to establish a claimant’s right to all or any part of the excess proceeds. Claims filed with the County more than one year after recordation of the Tax Collector’s Deed to the purchaser cannot be considered.

Therefore, all such claims must be received by the San Francisco Office of Treasurer & Tax Collector on or before May 6, 2020.
