§ 4.16.010. Deposit of funds in water fund.¶

All moneys or credits due the city from the municipal water system shall be deposited with the city treasurer. The treasurer shall credit to the water fund the moneys so received. (1941 Code § 624, Ord. 590, (1955); Ord. 689, (1959))
