§ 13.48.010. Unlawful to block street for longer than five minutes.¶

It is unlawful for the operator of any steam, interurban or street railway train or car to operate the same in such a manner as to prevent the use of any street for the purpose of travel for a period of time longer than five minutes. (1941 Code § 1239)
