Burbank Municipal Code Art. 5 Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance

ORDINANCE”:

The “Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance” and as amended, issued by the California Department of Water Resources, has been incorporated. The Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance is on file with the City Clerk’s Office. No building permit shall be issued for a project subject to the Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance requirements until the Community Development Director approves landscaping plans that comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance.
