3-3-504: DANCE HALLS:

Every person engaging in the business of operating a dance hall shall pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in the Burbank Fee Resolution. [Formerly numbered Section 5-36; renumbered by Ord. No. 3058, eff. 2/21/87; Amended by Ord. No. 3623, eff. 6/28/03.]

3-3-505: DANCE HALLS; HOURS OF OPERATION:

No person shall engage in the business of operating a dance hall after two o’clock (2:00) A.M. on Sunday or between two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and eleven o’clock (11:00) A.M. on any other day, provided, however, that when December 24 and December 31 fall on Sunday, operation of such business is prohibited only between two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and eleven o’clock (11:00) A.M. of said days.
