8-1-401: OPENING MAINTENANCE HOLE:¶

No person shall open, enter, or allow to remain open, any maintenance hole in any public sewer without a permit from the Director. [Formerly numbered Section 25-37. Amended by Ord. No. 3677, eff. 8/20/05; 3035.]
