§ 13.20.010. Notices to customers.

Notices from the city to a customer will normally be given in writing, and either delivered or mailed to him or her at his or her last known address. Where conditions warrant, and in emergencies, the city may resort to notification either by telephone or messenger.

§ 13.20.020. Notices from customers.

Notices from customers to the city may be given by him or her or his or her authorized representative in writing (1) at the principal offices of the city, (2) to the public works director, or (3) to an officer or agent duly authorized by the council to receive notices.
