Brisbane Municipal Code Ch. 18.04 Harbormaster

A. The harbormaster, acting under the orders and jurisdiction of the city, shall have full authority in the interpretation and enforcement of all pertinent rules and regulations, and all orders given in the performance of his duties shall be obeyed.

B. Every vessel entering the Brisbane Marina shall immediately become subject to the authority and direction of the harbormaster.

C. The harbormaster is responsible for the safe and smooth operations of the Brisbane Marina and may request anyone within the marina area to conform to any reasonable requests even though not written in the rules and regulations. All state and local laws are in effect within the Brisbane Marina and the harbormaster has the power to enforce them.
