§ 5.58.010. Compliance with state regulations required.

All bingo games conducted by authorized organizations are to be conducted in such a manner that said games are in complete compliance with the provisions of Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the state of California.

§ 5.58.020. License—Eligibility—Issuance—Fee.

All organizations authorized to conduct bingo games under the provisions of Section 326.5 of the Penal Code of the state of California must, prior to conducting any bingo games in the city, furnish to the city administrator reasonable evidence of the eligibility of said organization to conduct bingo games. Upon satisfactory proof of eligibility being provided to him or her, the city administrator shall issue a permit authorizing the applicant organization to conduct bingo games in the city. The fee for the issuance of a bingo permit is to be determined by a resolution of the city council, which sum is to be paid prior to issuance of said permit. Any lawfully issued bingo permit is to remain valid until revoked by the city administer.
