Brentwood Municipal Code Ch. 10.21 Violation—penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Title 10 shall be guilty of an infraction, a misdemeanor or a civil penalty in accordance with the definitions and procedures set forth in California Vehicle Code Division 17 of Chapter I of Article 1 (commencing with Section 40000) and AB-408. Upon conviction thereof, such person shall be punished in accordance with the penalties and procedures set forth in California Vehicle Code Division 17 of Chapter I of Article 1 (commencing with Section 42001) or as set forth by resolution.
