§ 13.00.300. Council to fix charges.¶
The City Council shall fix, determine and change from time to time the amount and character of the charges to be made, including different charges for services furnished in connection with different types or characters of property, any and all charges for the use by the public of the city sewerage facilities and for the collection of trash, garbage and other refuse by the city.
