Chapter 18.56 — FILING MAPS WITH COUNTY RECORDER

§ 18.56.010. Maps transmitted to county after approval.

After approval by the city of a final tract or parcel map, the City Clerk or the City Engineer shall transmit the map to the county surveyor for ultimate transmittal to the county recorder.

§ 18.56.020. Subdivider's evidence of title interest.

The subdivider shall present to the county recorder evidence, at the time of the filing of the final map in the office of the county recorder, that the parties consenting to such filing are all of the parties having a record title interest in real property being subdivided whose signatures are required by this division, as shown on the records in the office of the county recorder otherwise the map shall not be filed.
