§ 9.12.010. Public Inebriation Unlawful.

A. It is unlawful for any person to be in an intoxicated or drunken condition on any public highway, road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, public grounds, public place or place open to the public, within the City of Blue Lake.

B. It is unlawful for any person to be in an intoxicated or drunken condition in any automobile, motorcycle, street car or other vehicle while the same is on any public highway, road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, public grounds, public place or place open to the public, within the City of Blue Lake.

§ 9.12.020. Violation and Penalty.

Any person or persons violating any provision or provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
