15.56.010 - Enforcement responsibility.¶
The city assumes responsibility for the enforcement of the California Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 2.1 (Mobilehome Parks Act), and related regulations of Title 25, California Administrative Code, within the city.

15.56.020 - Enforcement agency.¶
The building division of the community development department is designated as the enforcement agency for the city and is authorized to provide the qualified personnel necessary to enforce the provisions of the Mobilehome Parks Act consistent with the state's enforcement program.

15.56.030 - Assignment of employees to enforce provisions.¶
As needed to meet the program goal and objective, the building division of the community development department is directed to assign qualified employees to enforce the provisions of the Mobilehome Parks Act.

15.56.040 - Schedule of fees—Applicability.¶
The schedule of fees contained within the Mobilehome Parks Act shall be applicable within the city to provide for the cost of administration and enforcement of the Mobilehome Parks Act. The department of environmental health services shall administer and collect these fees for deposit within the city treasury to offset the costs of the enforcement responsibility.
